Want to Reply to Feedback? You Can!

Some sellers do not realize that they can reply to Feedback that was left for them. You can reply to Positive, Negative or Neutral Feedback. I always respond to Negative or Neutral Feedback so that a future buyer will see that I was more than likely dealing with an idiot. As a buyer, I always look to see if there is a rebuttal to Negative Feedback. Sometimes it's very much a 'duh' issue and it relieves me to see the seller cares to respond, and I will go ahead and buy. If a seller just leaves Negative Feedback with no response, I am less apt to buy from them.

To reply to Feedback, click on your Feedback number which takes you to your profile. You can look right under the eBay logo and click on Feedback Forum. From there, look on the right side and click on reply to Feedback received. Find the Feedback you want to reply to and go to it! I just looked at mine and I have a Neutral. I have no clue what this person is even talking about. This is what it says: "Don't offer options to make the shipping available." This is my reply: "I'm sorry but I don't understand what you are saying." Honestly. No clue. But when a future buyer comes to look at my Feedback, maybe they will see that I took the time to respond to a crazy person and that I have good customer service skills.

What is the craziest Feedback you have ever received?
