Tracking Shows Delivered - Buyer Says They Didn't Get It

What happens when your tracking info shows delivered but the buyer says they never received it? Good question! First of all, keep calm and drag this situation out as long as possible. Packages have been known to show up AFTER they say they were delivered. The package could have been delivered to the buyer's neighbor. Ask them to check with their neighbors just in case. Get them to ask around at their local post office. The thing to do to begin with is to work with your customer and buy yourself some time so that hopefully it will show up. If it still is not found they can open an item not received case on ebay and you upload tracking. eBay pays the customer under the buyer guarantee and you keep your money.
