They do require a Tax ID, re-seller certificate (sales tax license). Their minimum opening order for wholesale accounts is $250, and minimum re-order for wholesale is $100. Drop shipping is provided for free and there is no order minimums. For drop shipping, they charge a flat rate shipping fee of $3.95. You are welcome to sell their products on eBay and you may also use their images.
