How to Get Marker Off of Shoe Soles
I can't take credit for these ideas. I was reading through a Facebook Group and these are the various suggestions that other resellers have. It seems like hand sanitizer is the pick of the group but I'm going to name them all.
409 Spray
Acne cream - Put on a layer, let it sit for about an hour. Wipe it off. If there is any left, add another layer and let sit for about another hour.
Brillo Pad
Dry Erase Marker - It will dissolve the permanent marker and you should be able to wipe it off with a paper towel.
Goo Gone
Goof Off
Hand Sanitizer (Bath & Body Works is great)
Ink B Gone
Lestoil
Paint Thinner
Ronsonol Lighter Fuel - Takes off ink, marker, and stickers without residue or smell. It's awesome and inexpensive.
Rubbing Alcohol - Let a cotton ball soaked with it sit on the marker long enough to a seep in.
Sand Paper (light grade)
WD 40
Other Suggestions:
Write another number in front of it to make it look more expensive. Or add a few numbers to make it look like a stock number. (Disclose in the listing.)
Make a rectangle out of it with a Sharpie. (Disclose in the listing.)
